Yes you can collect from us if you are Local (Merseyside) but please contact us on 0151 227 1854 before to enable us to check our stock levels.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders received before 2.30 pm will be dispatched same day [Monday to Friday] which means that you receive your order within 24-48 Hours from the date it was dispatched.
What / Where is my Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers will be uploaded to your order Straightaway after order is dispatched. If you don't receive tracking number please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0151 227 1854
Can I Return my order?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
